Sure, I can go to a cosmetics counter and ask for a cream with Retinol, but how do I know I am not being ripped-off? The skin care industry is rife with fraud and lies. I simply don’t trust them. So, my question is:1) What is a good Retinol cream that has enough concentration of the active ingredients (with no gimmicks)? 2) Is there an independant site I can go to that would give me unbiased and scientifically sound advice on skin care (including recommendations on which products to buy)?

If you become a Celebrity after you had cosmetic surgery (not becoming a celebs because of the surgery) and in your before and after pics - You wouldn’t be able to tell the difference.
