I had some cosmetic surgery done about 3 months ago. Everything has healed by now, but it isn’t even close to what I expected it to look like. Suing the doctor is a last result because it is a lot of trouble, and the whole staff was friendly to me. So aside from suing, what can I do about unsatisfactory cosmetic surgery results?

The surgery cost $2,000. I want satisfaction.
